Meet Alexandra

| Alexandra was born at 8:00 in the morning on August 6th, 2001 in Gonaives, Haiti. She has a younger sister, Sofonie, who also lives at the Gift of God Orphanage. Alexandra was brought to the orphanage by her pastor in Gonaives. He told the directors that her mother had died and that her father is unemployed and unable to care for her. Alexandra is kind of shy and the orphanage directors say that she doesn’t talk much, at least to grown-ups, but she does talk to the other kids and loves to play. She likes school and she loves to sing during church. |

Faith Missions International raises the full support to care for the ongoing needs of the children in the Gift of God Orphanage in Port au Prince, Haiti. Sponsors for the children are essential to reaching the monthly needs at the orphanage.
Care for the children, which includes shelter, three meals a day, clothing, nannies, education and medical care, costs approximately $120 per child, per month.
The Child Sponsorship Program offers two levels of support:
• Full Sponsorship - $120 per month
• Shared Sponsorship - $40 per month
We seek one ‘Full Sponsor’ or three ‘Shared Sponsors’ per child.
As a sponsor, you will receive a folder with your child’s photo and a short video outlining the history of the orphanage; some of the trials these children have endured in the past; and a glimpse at life today at the orphanage. Periodically, we will email photos of your sponsored child as updated photos become available.
