| Kemseley was born June 4, 1998. His mother died in the floods in Gonaives caused by Hurricane Jeanne, September 18, 2004. His father does not have a job and has no money, so he brought Kemseley, his younger brother Ricardo (born 2/11/04) and their sister, Filancia (born 9/15/01) to the orphanage in December 2005. Kemseley is a very well behaved young man, and loves to help out whenever he can. He always asks, “can I help you with that?” He is respectful of the orphanage directors, the house parents, and the nannies. He preaches for Sunday morning church at the orphanage quite frequently and wants to be a pastor when he grows up. |

Faith Missions International raises the full support to care for the ongoing needs of the children in the Gift of God Orphanage in Port au Prince, Haiti. Sponsors for the children are essential to reaching the monthly needs at the orphanage.
Care for the children, which includes shelter, three meals a day, clothing, nannies, education and medical care, costs approximately $120 per child, per month.
The Child Sponsorship Program offers two levels of support:
• Full Sponsorship - $120 per month
• Shared Sponsorship - $40 per month
We seek one ‘Full Sponsor’ or three ‘Shared Sponsors’ for each child.
As a sponsor, you will receive a folder with your child’s photo and a short video outlining the history of the orphanage; some of the trials these children have endured in the past; and a glimpse at life today at the orphanage. Periodically, we will email photos of your sponsored child as updated photos become available.
Kemsleye is fully sponsored at this time. Click here to choose a child in need of a sponsor.
